You will need to copy the template below into an email and then fill in the fields. Send the email also to maplestarsandstripes [at] gmail [dot] com.
For a double room
For person #1:
Fill out the contact information for person #1.
Enter total number of people in party as 2.
Type the second person‘s name (roommate) after Name of person #2.
Send email.
For person #2:
Send a separate email for person #2, who will now become person #1 on the template, filling out his/her contact info.
Enter total number of people in party as 2.
Include name of roommate (previous person #1) after Name of person #2.
Submit second email.
For a single room
Fill out the contact information for person #1.
Total number of people in party = 1
Leave Name of person #2 blank.
Would you like a roommate=NO
Send email.
If traveling alone but would like a roommate
Fill out the contact information for person #1.
Total number of people in party = 1
Leave Name of person #2 blank.
Would you like a roommate=YES
Send email.

When two people both request a roommate, I will send you each other’s email addresses. You can contact each other and then let me know if you’d like to be roommates.
Don’t worry about entering anything incorrectly. I will email you if I have any questions or anything is unclear.
I will email you (assuming the trip is not filled) that your reservation has been accepted. At that time, you will have seven days for a deposit check of $100.00 per person to arrive at And Away We Go Travel, 148 Boyce St., Auburn, Massachusetts 01501. If a check does not arrive by the 7-day deadline, your name will be placed at the bottom of the wait list.
